About the role
As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be hands-on and detail-oriented to support our strong Safety and Quality culture while helping us meet operational rate expectations. In this role, you will operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, reliable performance.
- Make equipment adjustments, perform basic maintenance, and fix minor mechanical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures to meet production plans.
- Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
- Complete quality checks and required documentation.
- Work with the quality team to prevent issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement and help reduce downtime and waste.
- Share information during shift hand-offs.
- Use digital tools to record data.
Requirements
- Technical training or strong mechanical aptitude.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing / Total Productive Maintenance Systems preferred, not required.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work safely with PPE.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay
Hourly rate starts at $27/hour, plus shift difference for nights and weekends.
