Manufacturing Process Operator – Cold Forming & Roll‑Form Lines

About the role

Felss Rotaform is seeking a Manufacturing Process Operator to join their team at the New Berlin, WI location. The ideal candidate will operate cold forming and roll-form lines, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cold forming and roll-form lines
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of cold forming and roll-forming processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment

Skills

• Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay

The pay rate is $19 - $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
