Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment
• Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions
• Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements
• Test, validate, and document engineering solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Pay

Compensation range: $80,000.
