Manufacturing Process Engineer

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in Wentzville, MO.

About the role

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting Production, Maintenance, and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Evaluate manufacturing methods and implement process improvements.
• Support plant goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supplier teams to complete projects.
• Analyze tooling and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Automotive manufacturing experience and knowledge of tooling processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Pay
