Role Overview
Design and optimize automotive frame assembly processes using industrial engineering tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in process development across manufacturing areas, applying lean techniques and maintaining data accuracy.
- Support departments with systems like PDDA, MDRS, EOS, and participate in cross-functional improvement meetings.
- Identify waste reduction opportunities, implement ergonomic measures, and support project planning, including new model launches.
- Maintain AutoCAD layouts, interpret technical drawings, and create reports on key metrics.
- Gather feedback from production staff to address process concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience with 0-6 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel VBA, work measurement, workstation design, 5S, and lean manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
