Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair spiral forming machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Inspect products for quality standards
- Maintain production targets and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Set up dies and tooling for production equipment
- Perform machine changeovers and adjustments
- Affirm proper machine settings and tolerances
- Assist with troubleshooting and production support
Qualifications
- Previous Manufacturing Experience
- PREFERRED: Mechanical aptitude or technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
