Manufacturing Operator - First Shift (5am-3pm, Mon - Thursday) 4 day work week

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing of world-class protective equipment through tasks such as: Assembly, CuttingEdge blasting and drilling, Laser cutting, Molding, Painting, Finishing/ Trimming/ Bonding, Stapling
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Supports production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs
• Ability to identify materials and products and perform quality inspections
• Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as needed
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
