Manufacturing Operator (2nd Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete multiple operations while performing as a team.
• Follow procedures and focus on safety and quality.
• Prep orders for production line and perform departmental duties.
• Operate various machinery to achieve desired quality specifications.
• Inspect parts and product to verify quality.
• Communicate any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors and/or Engineering.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Ability to follow work instructions documents.
• Ability to multitask and work independently, without supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic English communication skills, including understanding and critical workplace information.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $19 - $21 per hour + $2 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

The second shift hours are Monday through Friday; 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
