Manufacturing Operator (2nd shift)

Main Responsibilities

• Set up production supplies in preparation for executing orders.
• Safely and effectively operate equipment for production processing.
• Ensure daily maintenance of equipment to keep it in good and safe working condition.
• Work under the guidance of the supervisor to perform and complete assigned duties on time.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies during equipment operation.
• Participate in waste management programs daily.
• Immediately identify and report any unsafe operations to the supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized throughout the day.
• Undergo regular reviews of daily output by manufacturing lead or supervisor.
• Clean equipment when needed: Perform cleaning tasks for equipment as needed during daily operations.
• Escalate any issues that occur to Senior Manufacturing Operator or above.
• Absorb and complete training on Document activities in manufacturing batch records, NBR’s.
• Absorb and complete training on SAP functions.
• Support a collaborative working environment.

Skills And Qualification

• 2 years’ manufacturing experience required, preferably in an FDA regulated or similar environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent to GED required.
• 1 year’s experience in SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs in an FDA-regulated environment, OSHA, and NFPA1 guidelines for safe practices.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems with equipment, identifying solutions, recommending, and implementing methods, procedures, and/or techniques for resolution.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Extremely organized, logical, and methodical.
