Job Responsibilities
- Needle making and sewing
- Automated weaving on looms
- Performs Multi-D Weaving tasks such as Z finishing, core insertion
- SUPPORT pultruded carbon fiber rod drawing
- SUPPORT Carbon fiber stretch breaking process
- Inspection of the loom, parts, materials and quality inspection of completed work
- Recording of process data of manufacturing records for processes, parts and materials
- Load and unload equipment with proper tools and technique
- Ensures safety and housekeeping policies/procedures are followed
- Adheres to the Quality System
- SUPPORTS Continuous Improvement Program
What We Need From You
- Minimum GED or High School Diploma
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Able to read, write and understand job specifications
- Basic math aptitude
