Manufacturing Methods Analyst 1 - HOLT Manufacturing

About the role

The Manufacturing Methods Analyst 1 plays a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes within HOLT Manufacturing. This position focuses on analyzing current methods and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Essential Functions

• Analyze existing manufacturing methods to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and develop corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Six Sigma or similar quality improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
