Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
About the role
Join a hands-on manufacturing team where your technical expertise will directly support production uptime, equipment reliability, and safe facility operations. You will maintain and improve manufacturing equipment, burn-in systems, production support equipment, and facility infrastructure in a semiconductor and electronics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Support heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, compressed-air, and building systems.
- Respond to equipment failures and facility issues to minimize production downtime.
- Install, relocate, qualify, and improve manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, calibration records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
- Perform soldering and electronic troubleshooting on burn-in boards and related assemblies.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, schematics, and technical drawings to diagnose problems.
- Coordinate contractors, service providers, equipment moves, materials, and spare-parts inventory.
- Support workplace safety, environmental compliance, and hazardous-material programs.
- Provide after-hours or emergency support when required.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, required
- Soldering and electronic troubleshooting proficiency, required
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation, required
- Knowledge of facility utilities and electronic test equipment, required
- Three to five or more years of relevant maintenance, electronics testing, or burn-in experience, required
- Associate degree in a relevant technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Experience in semiconductor, aerospace electronics, high-reliability, cleanroom, or controlled manufacturing environments, preferred
- Experience with burn-in ovens, semiconductor test handlers, or automated test equipment, preferred

Pay
Salary Range: $44,500.00 - $59,300.00. The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
