Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Reports To: Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor
Location: North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort Washington
Work Location: Fully Onsite

Responsibilities

• Inspects, completes and coordinates maintenance of manufacturing equipment which may include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Plans, coordinates and performs installation, setups and changeovers of machinery.
• Tests and makes adjustments as needed.
• Diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning equipment.
• Recommends and implements process improvements.
• Updates required documentation including maintenance and repair logs.
• Prepares trouble reports for malfunctioning equipment.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Applies safety procedures to all work.
• Orders parts and supplies in accordance with department procedures.

Pay

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $60,690.00 - $85,680.00

Schedule

Position is for two 12-hour shifts to cover Saturday and Sunday with two 8-hour days during the week.
