Primary Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to manufacturing.
- Interface with production personnel to actively troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues or escalate appropriately.
- Perform preventative maintenance and qualifications on equipment of intermediate complexity.
- Create and implement process improvements with engineering and production.
- Absorb and assist engineers with component and tooling implementation for production, including but not limited to equipment validation.
- Strict attention to detail in following instructions and creating documentation.
Requirements
- At least one year of assembly or equipment maintenance experience, preferably in a medical device environment.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with computer use, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Office 365.
- Mechanical aptitude/trouble shooting abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient management of time and resources.
- Able to easily adapt to new tasks.
- Able to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Read and understand simple mechanical drawings.
