About the role
Bell Aviation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Resource Programmer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MRP systems using industry-standard software tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure system integration and functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to users on MRP systems.
- Perform data analysis to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or resource management.
- Proficiency in MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
