Manufacturing Engineering Resource Programmer

About the role

Bell Aviation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Resource Programmer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MRP systems using industry-standard software tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure system integration and functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to users on MRP systems.
• Perform data analysis to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or resource management.
• Proficiency in MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
