About the role
This position is located at Quintech Electronics headquarters in Indiana, PA.
Responsibilities
- Program, optimize, and support manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce on-line program debugging.
- Conduct root cause defect analyses.
- Follow work instructions, company standards, and procedures.
- Ensure all programs are up-to-date and error-free.
- Transfer programs from computer databases to SMT machines efficiently to enhance SMT efficiency.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned and work overtime when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with or familiarity with Panasonic data generation software, Mentor Graphic PCB design software, Gerber viewers/editors, Panasonic placement machines, Koh Young AOI and SPI equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of IPC standards relevant to SMT.
