Manufacturing Engineer | $65/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Provide detailed feedback on manufacturing processes and best practices based on extensive domain experience.
• Review and develop Six Sigma process maps, root-cause analysis reports, and production line efficiency models.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in assembly line and mechanical engineering operations.
• Offer expertise in quality assurance (QA) and operational excellence strategies.
• Create and review documentation for operational procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with a global project team by communicating complex concepts in clear, concise English.

Requirements

• Have 5- of hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality assurance, or mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrate expertise with Six Sigma, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Have extensive experience optimizing production or assembly line efficiency.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, which is critical for project success.
• Be able to document, explain, and justify technical decisions and methodologies succinctly.
