About the role
Serve as the primary 2nd shift manufacturing engineering support for the production floor.
Maintain job instruction sheets to current requirements.
Create and update routings in Solumina.
Work non-conforming hardware through rework and RCCA activities.
Design and order new/replacement tooling to support operations.
Make systematic improvements to drive manufacturing costs down.
Utilize data, characterize process failures using root cause investigations implementing corrective actions and mistake-proofing.
Identify and implement improvement and automation projects.
Drive all manufacturing readiness levels for all activities in development.

Requirements
- You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production issues
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
- We Prefer:
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Solumina
- Manufacturing experience
- Aerospace industry experience

Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
