Responsibilities
- Submission of Non-Conformance Reports to Supervisors
- Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports
- Hands on tool use for Quality Inspections
- Reviewing Quality Management System and identifying any issues
- Keeping emphasis on the product and services being the highest standard of Quality achievable
- Provide guidance, support and motivation to Quality Technicians and Electrical Integration Team to ensure a high level of performance
- Oversee Quality Inspections by Technicians
- Verify the correct product is being used during the installation process
- Initiate Quality Standards from contractor document submittals, and specifications
- Maintain and improve existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices
- Ensure the Quality of Product does not waver, regardless of schedule or cost impact
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities periodically to ensure proper activity documentation
- Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met, while maintaining the highest standard of work possible
- Collaborate with Integration Supervision, Electrical and Quality Technicians to ensure that electrical installations meet or exceed customer specifications and expectations
- Filling out task related documentation
- Conducting inspections and tests on products or services at various stages of the production or service delivery process
- Initiate correspondence regarding deficient product or installation, including Non-Conformance Reports and related documents and pictures
- Ensuring company assigned tool and assets are in good condition
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma
- 3+ Years of Licensed Electrical Apprentice experience
- Fundamental Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and Electrical Installations
- Fundamental comprehension of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties
