Electrical Quality Inspector

Responsibilities
- Apply your skills in electrical quality assurance
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and NEC/NFPA requirements
- Perform quality inspections of various electrical installations including underground conduit systems, duct banks, grounding and bonding systems, cable tray installations, instrumentation wiring, heat trace systems, motor terminations, lighting and receptacle systems, switchgear, MCCs, transformers
- Witness and document continuity testing, IR testing (megger), ground resistance testing, cable testing, and termination inspections
- Prepare punch lists and verify completion, participate in system walkdowns and system turnovers
- Generate inspection reports and turnover documents
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, electrical specifications, and standards
- Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA/IEEE
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must have either OSHA 10, 30 or Safety Essentials certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical installation or inspection
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
Competitive salary based on experience
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
