Manufacturing Digital Integration & Transformation Project Manager

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Create transparency, drive integration and alignment across our major digital transformation programs with a focus on manufacturing
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and dependencies across initiatives, and define pragmatic solutions together with business and IT partners
• Drive simplification across product lines and locations by balancing local business needs with global End-to-End process requirements
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across organizational boundaries, including steering complex topics toward outcomes with the greatest business value
• Contribute to coordinated rollout execution by planning activities, aligning stakeholders, and supporting structured delivery across multiple sites and waves
• Communicate and share the targets and especially the implications of the strategic programs in the manufacturing communities, advocating and driving the change

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or a comparable field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or business environments, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in project or program management, especially in the area of digital business process transformation and global rollouts
• Hands-on experience with S4/HANA and/or PLM/Teamcenter implementations is a strong advantage
• Strong collaboration, moderation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across functions and seniority levels
