Digital Transformation Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives
  • Serve as a key project leader on major programs, including JRM’s ERP implementation, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Partner with business units including Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Cook up third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring accountability to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices across initiatives.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate with recommended solutions.
  • Lead project communications, providing clear and regular updates to leadership, stakeholders, and steering committees.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices within the Technology organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within technology or enterprise environments.
  • Experience within construction management or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms) preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Salary Information

To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000.
