Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicates schedules and change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments
  • Integrates and reviews product/process change requirements, and may determine or facilitate alternate design or manufacturing solutions
  • Analyzes and approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate descriptions of change
  • Makes analyses to ensure compliance of product definition changes with regulatory requirements
  • Maintains and verifies compliance with change incorporation plans, identifies non-conformities, and develops or oversees recovery plans as needed
  • Create executive summaries, presentations and communicate key points with management
  • Works and/or collaborates with engineering design, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, materiel fabrication processes

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with change management or baseline management
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple deliverables and working in a team environment
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • 3+ years of Scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years related work experience or/and equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing tools such as ACMS, CDS, IBEX, ETAC, and Tableau
  • 5+ years of Boeing Production System experience

Pay & Benefits

  • Level 3: $96,050 - $129,950
  • Level 4: $119,850 - $162,150
