Manufacturing Specialist
About the role
Join our workshop in Fergus Falls, MN as a Manufacturing Specialist. In this role, you’ll support our Modular Assembly Area by manufacturing products according to production schedules, specifications, and quality standards. Please note that any offer of employment is contingent upon a background check and pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely
- Load materials
- Remove and pack finished goods
- Maintain efficient material flow within the Modular Assembly Area
- Clean equipment and workspaces
- Manage production waste
- Follow all safety, health, and recycling procedures
Requirements
Success in this role comes from attention to detail, comfort working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. The position works under moderate supervision and involves mostly routine tasks, with occasional need to interpret procedures or adjust to production requirements.

Pay
Generous wage starting between $19‑$24/hour* and a benefits package that includes a 401(k) with company match as well as a company‑funded pension. Pay range is intended to provide a general guideline; actual compensation will be determined based on market data, internal equity, and candidate credentials.
