Schedule

1st Shift / First Shift
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Environmental Conditions

  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom restrictions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, or facial hair
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in Tier 1 meetings
  • Support team preparedness and room preparation activities
  • Maintain GMP Kanban in support of manufacturing operations
  • Support continuous improvement in process operations and systems
  • Support tech transfer activities
  • Seek and welcome feedback; respond to coaching
  • Spend 80–90% of time on the manufacturing floor
  • Collaborate with related functional areas to achieve production goals and timelines
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements
  • Manage inventory supplies
  • Work overtime as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience or superior demonstration of skill sets
  • Preferred: experience in a cGMP environment, visual inspection, aseptic techniques, GDP knowledge

Physical Requirements

  • Aseptically and/or sterile gown as needed
  • Write, read, and review written documentation for extended periods
  • Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Required to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Occasionally required to lift, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch

Pay

Compensation range: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
Eligible for annual performance-based bonus and merit-based increase
Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
