Schedule
1st Shift / First Shift
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Environmental Conditions
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards
- Cleanroom restrictions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, or facial hair
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
- Participate in Tier 1 meetings
- Support team preparedness and room preparation activities
- Maintain GMP Kanban in support of manufacturing operations
- Support continuous improvement in process operations and systems
- Support tech transfer activities
- Seek and welcome feedback; respond to coaching
- Spend 80–90% of time on the manufacturing floor
- Collaborate with related functional areas to achieve production goals and timelines
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Manage inventory supplies
- Work overtime as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience or superior demonstration of skill sets
- Preferred: experience in a cGMP environment, visual inspection, aseptic techniques, GDP knowledge

- Adherence to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
Physical Requirements
- Aseptically and/or sterile gown as needed
- Write, read, and review written documentation for extended periods
- Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
- Required to sit and stand for extended periods
- Occasionally required to lift, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Pay
Compensation range: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
Eligible for annual performance-based bonus and merit-based increase
Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
