Responsibilities
- Support and follow the Company Safety Programs.
- Support and follow Quality & Environmental Programs.
- Operate presses.
- Insert sheet metal into presses.
- Place parts in racks.
- Tag racks for shipping, rework, etc.
- Complete box count sheets.
- Perform and print flow charts and parts inspection plans.
- Perform tier 1 audits.
- Troubleshoot quality, press, and set-up problems.
- Inspect parts.
- Achieve standard rates.
- Perform all other work as deemed necessary by supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- One-year experience in stamping set-up or equivalent.
- Ability to climb.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to perform repetitive movement with hands, arms and body.
- Basic math skills.
- Understand stamping operations.
