Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery

About the Role

This position involves hands-on work with high-speed bindery equipment, assembly, packing, and quality inspection of printed materials in a fast-paced, team-focused production setting.

Responsibilities

• Feeding books/signatures into machines
• Packing finished products into cartons
• Moving materials safely within the workspace
• Performing hand operations and assisting team goals
• Inspecting products for quality standards
• Maintaining safety procedures and a clean work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Ability to read instructions, interpret work orders, and use basic math and measuring tools
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality work
• Experience operating machinery in any industry preferred but not required (training provided)

Physical and Work Environment

• Standing for most of the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
