Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed bindery equipment after training
• Feed books/signatures into machines and pack finished products into cartons
• Safely move materials and perform hand operations
• Inspect final products for quality standards
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain safety procedures and a clean workspace

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery in any industry is acceptable
• High school diploma, GED, or related experience/training
• Ability to read instructions, interpret work orders, and perform basic math
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality work

Preferred Experience & Physical Demands

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift
• Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
