Manufactured Home Installer - Construction

About the role

Riverview Homes has a service department based out of Vandergrift. The crew is structured to handle delivery and service for homes generated by the company’s five sales locations.

Responsibilities

• Start work promptly at 6:00 AM and complete the scheduled shift
• Work significant overtime as required
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and safely operate a company vehicle
• Perform manual labor including carrying cement blocks, cribbing, and installing the roll-on system
• Climb ladders and walk on scaffolding
• Install siding, shingles, and work on high-pitch roofs using fall protection
• Perform carpet seaming, trim work, basic electrical, and plumbing tasks

Note: You are not expected to be an expert in every task, but must be willing to perform all listed duties.

Schedule

6:00 AM start time with frequent overtime.
