Responsible for overseeing construction projects for manufactured housing units. Ensures compliance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Skills

• Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
