Manual Tester

About the role

We are seeking a methodical and passionate software tester to join our IFE Software Team. This role involves working on a broad range of software applications in a collaborative and experienced team environment. The ideal candidate is driven by continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tests for specific features (airside and ground side)
• Create test cases, plans, and documentation based on user stories
• Perform regression, performance, and integration testing of end-to-end workflows
• Create and execute automation tests with proper documentation
• Support incident investigations including rack/cloud troubleshooting, log collection and analysis

Skills

• Android
• Linux

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 1 year of experience in software/system engineering or software/hardware testing
• Proficient in Linux/Unix environments
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Basic experience with PHP, MySQL, Python, Behave, and C++
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
