About the role

Analyze, design, test, and deliver manual testing solutions. Gather and analyze data, including reviewing systems requirements to write test plans and scripts, then track defects and facilitate their resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop manual testing scenarios and user acceptance criteria by understanding business drivers.
• Analyze and review requirement specifications and/or user stories.
• Develop, review, and execute manual test plans, test scripts, and test data to ensure application products and services meet business needs, quality standards, and end-user/non-functional requirements.
• Implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.
• Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the Product Delivery Team.
• Utilize Salesforce, Java, Mainframe, Mobile, and Reports for testing.
• Work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in manual testing or a related role.
