About the role
This position requires a manual tester with 3 to 8 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Create test cases based on customer requirements
- Peer review for test cases
- Create test data in test systems
- Work in functional, automation, and performance testing teams
- Estimate test effort to Quality Manager
- Use automation tools such as eCATT/QTP/Worksoft Certify/SAP TAO/Selenium/LoadRunner
- Plan and execute according to defined test strategy
- Write, mentor, make decisions, communicate, and facilitate meetings
- Present demos to customers
- Handle and resolve customer escalations
- Manage conflicting stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- Prior SAP experience is mandatory
- No consideration for non-SAP experience
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of automation tools
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer escalations
- Effective management of conflicting stakeholders
