Manpower and Organization Analyst
About the role
The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is seeking a Manpower and Organization Analyst (NH-0343-03) to join the USSTRATCOM/J1 team at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska. This position is part of the Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead comprehensive command-level manpower and organizational analyses
- Provide innovative, expert management consultant capabilities to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings
Requirements
This position requires a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP).
A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret w/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skill in the application of management engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies
- Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution issues or problems concerning efficiency, effectiveness, and cost of program operations
- Knowledge of military human resource management functions, theories, and techniques, and the basic relationships of various human resource disciplines
- Knowledge of program goals and objectives; the sequence and timing of key events and milestones; and the relationship of various entities involved in the overall programming, budgeting, and planning process for acquiring resources
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to execute projects and/or studies within established resources and/or time constraints
- Ability to design, build, program, and use models and simulation techniques to facilitate findings

Pay
Salary Range is $89,507 - $138,369 Annually based on experience.
Schedule
Military retirement is non-taxable in Nebraska. Relocation Allowance may be authorized.
