Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital is seeking a Managing Veterinarian to lead our well-established, four-doctor small animal practice in Longwood, Florida. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff
- Shape medical standards and drive quality patient care
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and communicative culture
- Partner with hospital leadership on operations, growth, and team development
- Maintain a balance of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
- Strong clinical skills in small animal medicine and surgery
- Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team building
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
