About the role

TCS Consulting Partners are senior leadership roles within the Enterprise Solutions Unit of TCS. These roles focus on driving business growth, managing client relationships, leading engagements, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with both client and TCS strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales efforts for large global business transformation programs enabled by S/4HANA or Oracle (preferably both).
• Guide business executives toward the right ERP solutions to optimize their return on investment using business language.
• Communicate the business value associated with large ERP-enabled business transformation programs.
• Engage with C-level executives while remaining hands-on as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and clients through excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Lead steering committee meetings, program team meetings, and business workshops with key stakeholders.
• Lead internal teams to develop accurate and differentiated approaches, estimates, and timelines to meet clients’ requirements.
• Manage large teams of more than 50 resources and leverage offshore delivery models.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry.
• A minimum of three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Program Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in proposal and business case development.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Bachelor of Computer Science preferred).

$261,000–$345,200 a year
