Responsibilities
- Create a compelling vision for the future, develop clear goals, and ensure executional excellence in partnership with Regional and Store Manager(s).
- Set and communicate clear objectives, demonstrating commitment to exceed results through KPI management and high accountability.
- Ensure LensCrafters is known as the leading optical provider within the community.
- Operate as a stakeholder within the organization and local market, placing the patient/customer as the central focus.
- Deliver excellent service and strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
- Lead and manage the team in providing unsurpassed patient service excellence.
- Address all patient/customer visual lifestyle needs and build long-term relationships.
- Provide a summary of overall eye health and conduct service in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care.
- Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship and utilize technology to enhance patient experience.
- Ensure seamless communication with office and store associates for a smooth patient transition.
- Maintain office quality systems and state licensure, practicing to the full scope of the license.
- Provide on-the-job training and timely feedback to team members, addressing performance issues directly.
- Create a positive culture aligned with corporate vision and values, leading effective store huddles.
- Conduct chart audits with Associate Optometrists and recruit high-caliber talent for succession planning.
- Forecast staffing needs and adjust levels to meet patient demand while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure office appearance aligns with company guidelines.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of sound business management practices.
