Managing Director / Partner - Transformation Pursuits and SI Solutions Leadership
About the role
West Monroe is seeking a Partner, Enterprise Transformation & SI Solution Leadership to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs delivered in partnership with leading Systems Integrators (SIs).
Responsibilities
Lead deal / solution strategy for complex enterprise transformation programs alongside delivery leadership.
Assess current-state environments and partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to define target-state business and technology architectures.
Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and delivery approaches.
Guide decisions across business value, cost, risk, scalability, and implementation feasibility.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and transformation leaders.
Partner closely with SI organizations to define solution approaches, delivery models, and implementation strategies.
Align client, SI, and West Monroe stakeholders around objectives, risks, and success measures.
Facilitate executive decision-making and maintain momentum throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Lead deal shaping efforts for strategic transformation pursuits and major technology initiatives.
Develop solution strategies, estimates, Statements of Work, and delivery models in collaboration with Solutions Architects, Delivery Leads, clients and SI partners.
Ensure proposed solutions are executable, scalable, and commercially sound.
Provide executive governance and oversight to drive delivery quality, value realization, and client satisfaction.
Mentor and develop solution architects and transformation leaders.
Strengthen West Monroe's transformation methodologies, alliance relationships, and delivery capabilities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
15+ years leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
Significant experience partnering with major Systems Integrators on large-scale transformation programs.
Proven success shaping and selling complex transformation engagements through technical expertise and executive advisory leadership.
Deep experience across enterprise architecture, cloud, enterprise applications, data, analytics, and integration.
Experience developing solution strategies, estimates, pricing inputs, and Statements of Work.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and consulting leadership skills.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications in relevant areas such as TOGAF, ITIL, or similar.

Pay
A reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is $280,000—$370,000 USD.
