Responsibilities

  • Own the global partner program strategy and execution across various partner types
  • Define deal registration and co-sell rules in collaboration with Sales and Finance
  • Drive a consistent partner experience across multiple product lines
  • Lead integration of partner programs for acquired companies
  • Manage the end-to-end partner tech stack and ensure reliable data flows
  • Maintain the accuracy of partner data and drive system enhancements
  • Build executive-facing dashboards and develop metrics for partner performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of channel program, partner operations, or indirect sales operations experience in B2B software or SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience owning partner program design including tiers, benefits, and incentives
  • Hands-on experience with partner technology platforms such as Impartner or Salesforce PRM
  • Strong analytical capability for reporting frameworks and performance data interpretation
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs
