Responsibilities
- Own the global partner program strategy and execution across various partner types
- Define deal registration and co-sell rules in collaboration with Sales and Finance
- Drive a consistent partner experience across multiple product lines
- Lead integration of partner programs for acquired companies
- Manage the end-to-end partner tech stack and ensure reliable data flows
- Maintain the accuracy of partner data and drive system enhancements
- Build executive-facing dashboards and develop metrics for partner performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of channel program, partner operations, or indirect sales operations experience in B2B software or SaaS
- Demonstrated experience owning partner program design including tiers, benefits, and incentives
- Hands-on experience with partner technology platforms such as Impartner or Salesforce PRM
- Strong analytical capability for reporting frameworks and performance data interpretation
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs
