Job Duties
- Business Ownership and Growth
- Cultivates a strong understanding of clients’ needs, translates these into bespoke service offerings
- Sources from their own network, secure and lead a $3 million annual book of business
- Develop comprehensive strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Deliver compelling pitches, and lead contract negotiations to secure business deals
- Oversee the design, development and implementation of solutions to drive success on every engagement for the client
- Generate thought leadership to capitalize on industry trends and develop innovative solutions and capabilities
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related fields; Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred
- Experience: 10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or strategy and change management specifically for Life Sciences and Market Access
- History: Strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting or agency revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years
- Skills: Demonstrated experience and expertise in Value, Access and Evidence
