About the role
This is a key executive role within the Commercial Services subvertical and is accountable for the end-to-end service delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a 150+ client base. Clients are mainly within the U.S. and Canada, ranging from large, Fortune 50 enterprise accounts to mid-tier Fortune 500.
Responsibilities
- Supports a $490M+ portfolio, accountable delivery, revenue, and margin achievement
- Technical and business acumen to enable discussion and understanding of client business issues and how to resolve with technology and transformation
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to support proposal and sales efforts working closely with sales and global practice teams
- Ability to travel to client sites to support current business and growth/sales efforts
- Manage 17+ Client Delivery Executives and Project Managers, 20+ Delivery Leaders
Requirements
- Current experience managing a portfolio of accounts with over $100mm in revenues
- 5+ years experience as a Client Delivery Executive managing existing business and successful expansion of business
- 10+ years of experience working with client delivery
