About the role

The Managing Director will oversee all administrative functions of Via Nova Chorale, including but not limited to financial management, event coordination, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
  • Coordinate and manage all events and performances
  • Supervise and mentor staff members
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
