About the role
The Managing Director will oversee all administrative functions of Via Nova Chorale, including but not limited to financial management, event coordination, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
- Coordinate and manage all events and performances
- Supervise and mentor staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
