About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategic planning, team management, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Manage a team of department heads, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Pay

$150,000 - $180,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
