About the role

The Capital Projects & Infrastructure Consulting team at Guidehouse is seeking experienced professionals with engineering and infrastructure delivery backgrounds, particularly those with deep expertise in project scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools
  • Lead client relationships, project teams, and internal staff
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and project reporting
  • Mentor junior staff and facilitate alignment across stakeholders
  • Deploy and utilize scheduling tools, PMIS platforms, and delay quantification methods
  • Manage complex scheduling efforts across diverse infrastructure projects
  • Provide solutions to real-world business challenges for client agencies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • University degree, preferably in engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Proven track record leading client engagements and project teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%
  • US Citizenship or ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: project scheduling and analytics, advanced schedule modeling, construction project controls, performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, project technology and systems

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS, MPP, MPA, etc.)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $188,000.00. Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package.
