Managing Consultant - Scheduling Specialist
About the role
The Capital Projects & Infrastructure Consulting team at Guidehouse is seeking experienced professionals with engineering and infrastructure delivery backgrounds, particularly those with deep expertise in project scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Guide and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Lead client relationships, project teams, and internal staff
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and project reporting
- Engage stakeholders and coordinate across various parties
- Deploy and utilize project technology and systems
- Lead one or more of the following areas: project scheduling, advanced schedule modeling, construction project controls, performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, project technology, and delay quantification tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- University degree
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining project schedules
- Proven track record of leading client engagements and project teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- US Citizenship may be required due to client needs
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MS, MPP, MPA, etc.)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $188,000.00.
