This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to improve healthcare operational outcomes
- Conduct research and analyze large data sets for actionable insights
- Effectively communicate financial project results and performance measures
- Build account management relationships with key client counterparts
- Identify industry challenges and contribute to practice responses
- Assist in creating project plans, proposals, and presenting to clients
- Enhance consulting skills and professional growth through continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
- 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in consulting or health system leadership
- Understanding of technology and AI in healthcare environments
Pay
$102,000 – $170,000 annually
