This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to improve healthcare operational outcomes
  • Conduct research and analyze large data sets for actionable insights
  • Effectively communicate financial project results and performance measures
  • Build account management relationships with key client counterparts
  • Identify industry challenges and contribute to practice responses
  • Assist in creating project plans, proposals, and presenting to clients
  • Enhance consulting skills and professional growth through continuous learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
  • 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in consulting or health system leadership
  • Understanding of technology and AI in healthcare environments

Pay

$102,000 – $170,000 annually
