This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to improve operational outcomes through workflow redesign
- Perform complex data analytics and draw actionable conclusions
- Articulate financial results and process measures clearly
- Establish strong relationships with client counterparts
- Assist in delivering project plans, proposals, and presentations
- Engage in ongoing professional development and consulting skill expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
- 4-6+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Previous consulting or health system leadership experience
- Strong understanding of technology and AI in healthcare
Pay
$102,000 – $170,000 annually
