Managing Consultant - Clinical and Operational Improvement

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Work with clients to improve operational outcomes through workflow redesign
• Perform complex data analytics and draw actionable conclusions
• Articulate financial results and process measures clearly
• Establish strong relationships with client counterparts
• Assist in delivering project plans, proposals, and presentations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and consulting skill expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• 4-6+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Previous consulting or health system leadership experience
• Strong understanding of technology and AI in healthcare

Pay

$102,000 – $170,000 annually
