What You'll Do
- Provide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
- Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
- Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
- Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
- Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

About the Role
This role oversees daily clinic operations, leads a multidisciplinary team, and drives initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
- Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
- Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
