What You'll Do

  • Provide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
  • Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
  • Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
  • Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

  • Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • No evenings or weekends required
  • In-person at our Dallas, TX clinic
