• Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
• Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
• Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Next STEPS Worldwide is redefining outpatient care across Texas and seeks a passionate Managing Clinical Director (Licensed Psychologist) - Bilingual (Spanish) to lead their team in Arlington.

Responsibilities

As Managing Clinical Director, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.

Requirements

We are seeking a licensed psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas with fluency in English and Spanish. Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management, strong communication and organizational skills, and passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care are essential.
